DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it. Any refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you. Any return for a refund to the original form of payment will be subject to a shipping and handling fee which covers the return shipping costs that will be deducted from the refund amount. If you choose to receive your refund in the form of a gift card, the return shipping and handling fee will be waived. We DO offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please follow the steps in the returns portal to make an exchange. Merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed. Please be mindful of make up, tanning products, and deodorant as we will not accept garments that have stains from trying on. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. Please allow up to 10 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date your return is delivered to process your return.

ANY ITEM MARKED "FINAL SALE", INCLUDING ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE, IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

To start a return please email cc@classyclyque.com . Please make sure to include your original packing slip in the return package and to ship your return using the return label provided to you within 7 days of submitting the return request.

Standard Shipping - USPS or UPS Ground (2 to 5 Business Days once processed).Expedited Shipping - FedEx One Rate (2 Business Days once processed). Overnight Shipping - FedEx Overnight (1 Business Day once processed).
